Our Policies
There is a reservation fee of $50 for 5 or fewer guests or a $100 reservation fee for 6 or more guests for our relaxation/sauna room. Please keep in mind, our relaxation room can comfortably seat 6 guests at a time (with an additional 2 guests in sauna), so services will be scheduled in consideration of the seating limitations. All spa party sauna reservations include complimentary refreshments. Our sauna is available to you at your convenience throughout your spa party reservation. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own food and beverages as well with the addition of a $50 cleaning fee. In the event of stains, damages, or excessive trash, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
We require a 10% nonrefundable down payment (which will go towards the services at checkout). Gratuity of 20% will be automatically applied to spa parties of 6 or more guests.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to complete required paperwork. We cannot extend appointment times due to lateness. We have a 7 day cancellation policy for all spa parties of 4 or more guests. Please let us know as soon as possible if unable to make it to an appointment. Late cancellation fee is 50% of the spa package and no show fee is full price.
