About Infrared Sauna
This is a 20-minute infrared sauna session in a private suite, which includes chromotherapy LED lighting and cold eucalyptus-infused towels to cool off afterward. With your reservation, you will also receive a smock and slippers to wear while in the infrared sauna. Why Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas Work
Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid infrared and far infrared. With the addition of near and mid infrared, you will receive the maximum benefit from our Jacuzzi® sauna.

Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength, and will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization.
